Our Annual General Meeting will beheld, rain or shine, on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at2 p.m. in the Park 4picnic area.
The purpose of our AGM is to update all members on what has been done during the previous year and brief you on our plans for the upcoming year. It is also your opportunity to pose questions to the executive members, and make your ideas known to us and your fellow members. It is important that you attend, as this is your community and you should know what is going on and have a say in its future. If there are any items that require a vote, each lot owner who is up to date on their lot levy payment is entitled to one vote. If you own multiple lots, you will have a vote for each lot owned and for which your lot levies are paid. This is also a social occasion for us, so please stay after the meeting for our corn roast!
Along with this newsletter, you will find some attachments, including an agenda for the AGM. If you have any items which you want added to the agenda under new business, please send them to me directly and they will be added. Also included is the financial statement for our fiscal year ended June30, 2022 which will be discussed during the Treasurer’s report at theogony another note, we want to be able to communicate with you quickly and effectively, and have found the best way to do so is by email. If we don’t already have your email, please send it to any member of the executive.
